About The Chomp
The Chomp is a curated digest of the finest things capturing my attention on the internet. It’s an amalgamation of links, books, products, places, food, photos, and really anything else that I find interesting enough to recommend checking out.
This used to be a biweekly breakdown and analysis of the best strategic thinking content and top emerging business trends from the internet and beyond, but it’s not anymore. The OG version of the Chomp had a good initial run, went on a long pause, and then came back to life again before finally running its course for good.
If you liked what The Chomp once was, there’s a good chance you’ll like what it’s becoming—so stick around for a bit to feel it out. And if you’re new here, welcome! This new version of The Chomp is…new for me as well, so expect it to take a bit of time for me to feel things out and find a groove.
About Me
I keep up with all the things so you don’t have to. My Achilles heel is that I am way too interested in way too many things. If there’s a rabbit hole to go down, I’ve probably peeked into it.
On the day-to-day, I currently lead partnerships (amongst other things) at HNT Labs where we’re building Towns, a near real-time group chat protocol and app designed for online communities to build better hometowns on the internet.
My career has been a bit of a winding path that’s taken me all over the place. Before joining HNT, I spent time as an early-stage VC at Bloomberg Beta, expanding primary research & alternative data strategy at D. E. Shaw, and building out a high-growth management consulting team at AlphaSights. I went to school at Penn State, where I studied finance and international business.
