This week I’m down in Austin, TX attending Permissionless II. I’ve visited Austin several times over the past few years and always enjoy spending time here. It’s a welcome change of pace from NYC and has some of the best food in the country. My go-to’s whenever I’m in town are Terry Black’s for BBQ, Veracruz Natural for breakfast tacos, and Merit Coffee for their natural processed cold brew.
