Things have been picking up this week and the holiday hangover has faded, with rising tensions in Iran and catastrophic wildfires in Australia dominating the news. On the bright side, CES 2020 kicked off in Las Vegas and an awesome array of new technology was unveiled. After The NY Times got their hands on the memo, Bosworth decided to release it to the public in its entirety along with additional commentary. On January 6th, 2001 Microsoft debuted the Xbox at CES. Alongside Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Bill Gates unveiled the future of video games. Xbox was released to the public later that year on November 15th, and with that, the console wars were truly underway. (Source)
